Legendary hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan has launched a plant-based hand sanitizer to keep your hands clean from COVID-19.
The “Protect Ya Hands” sanitizer comes from the A Better Tomorrow Collection, created in partnership with the City of Ottawa, Canada, Mayor Jim Watson, and RZA’s 36 Chambers company, which supports culture, consciousness, and creativity.
The Wu-Tang member shared the collection’s inspiration in a video on Instagram.
“What we’re doing today, I think, is an example for other communities, other cities, and may this seed that we plant today, spread and multiply,” RZA said. “May we all strive and succeed at making a better tomorrow.”
In addition to the hand sanitizer, the A Better Tomorrow collection will also include a reusable food bowl and t-shirt to benefit the Ottawa Food Bank, Ottawa Mission Foundation, and Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario during the pandemic.
