New ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ cast member Shamari DeVoe dishes details on her open marriage
Shamari DeVoe, the newest member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta had everybody talking when she revealed that she once had an open marriage with her husband Ronnie DeVoe of New Edition. She says they were on the brink of divorce and there was a girl she was interested in and wanted to try something different. Of course this sparked a lot of curious feedback from the other castmates who wanted to know the inner-workings of an open relationship. Asking questions like “Do you tell him I’m going to have sex tonight?”, “After you do it, do you tell each other who it was?” Shamari said nothing was off limits, they could do anything. Shamari admits while she slept with only two women, Ronnie dabbled a bit more and slept with about 10 people. After experimenting, she decided to close the open relationship. Now they are back to being in magnomyst matrimony. Shamari definitely brings the spice to RHOA. The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays (8 p.m. ET) on Bravo.
Mel B Reveals Eddie Murphy Was the One Who Got Away
Mel B is still promoting her memoir Brutally Honest in which she discusses everything from her past marriage to her drug use and of course, Eddie Murphy, who she says is a “great love” of her life. Mel B says she wanted to talk about it because people have misconstrued how things actually happened. She and Eddie met a dinner party he hosted at his house. The attraction was so intense she had to leave. She describes him as lovey man, respectful with old school values, who is all about family. Although she broke things off 9 months into their courtship things were good and at the end of the day they have a beautiful 11 year old daughter, who is actually living with him while she works. She went on to marry and now divorce Stephen Belafonte, while Eddie is engaged to Paige Butcher.
