Wendy Williams is one sentimental mama.

On Tuesday, the talk show host took to Instagram to publicly wish her son, Kevin Hunter Jr., a happy birthday and revealed some of the keepsakes she’s held onto throughout all the years.

Alongside a snapshot that included baby photos, a baby sneaker, and locks of hair, the 56-year-old wrote, “Today is my biggest day! Son Kevin & I are celebrating his 20th birthday.”

“He’s in Miami & I’m in NYC, but love never stops,” she explained. “If you look closely you’ll see remains of 1st hair cut, my cerclage is on sneaker, like a mom… I DO have all his teeth.”

Williams concluded, “I’m not a fan of cake, but today OK…for my son. What are you doing?”

The post garnered over 21,000 likes and while many followers took to the comments to join in on the birthday wishes, others expressed their confusion. 

One user wrote, “What in the voodoo witchcraft is all that hair.”

“I’m more concerned about the cerclage it’s the stitch(es) that hold your cervix closed,” another commented. “Whhhhyyyyy.”
