Vanessa Bryant is saying farewell to one of the properties she owned with her late husband Kobe Bryant. 

For just $1.995 million, the investment property she and the NBA legend purchased in 2013 could be yours, according to the Los Angeles Times. 

The Tuscan-style home was built in 2003 and is located in Irvine, California in the gated community of Summit at Turtle Ridge — just a few miles from Vanessa’s primary residence in Newport Coast. 

The 2,300 square foot, single-story residence has 3-bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and the interior is filled with dramatic wooden features like beam ceilings. It also includes a fireplace and a limestone kitchen with Spanish tile backsplash. Meanwhile, the exterior boasts a charming brick design with a fireplace, and in-ground spa. 

The real estate move comes nine months after Kobe and their 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, died in a helicopter crash near Calabasas, California.
