Trump indicted in Georgia 2020 election interference probe

Former President Donald Trump and 18 others are now facing RICO charges concerning alleged interference in Georgia’s 2020 election.

This is the fourth time the former president has been indicted this year.

Trump and his 18 co-defendants were indicted by an Atlanta-based grand jury on Monday and hit with a total of 41 criminal charges.

Trump and his co-conspirators have officially been charged with violating Georgia’s “violation of Georgia’s RICO law.” Additionally, the 98-page indictment includes charges of “false statements and writings,” “impersonating a public officer,” “forgery in the first degree,” and more.
