Tory Lanez shared a music video for his long-awaited collaboration “SKAT,” featuring DaBaby

The visual sees Tory driving a cop car and imagining himself as Clifton Powell‘s character Pinky from the 90s movie comedy Friday. The Canadian rapper gets his dance on in one scene, recreating MichaelJackson‘s iconic “Thriller” video.

“Fifty thousand dollars on my jack, goin’ stupid / Back outside, every time, it’s a new fit / [People] love to lie, gotta tell ’em what the truth is / Hopped in the Scat, [chick], I’m back, where have you been?” Tory raps on the chorus.

As previously reported, Tory Lanez announced his collaboration with DaBaby in January, which caused quite the controversy online from fans and DaBaby’s frequent collaborator, Megan Thee Stallion. You may recall Megan posting her accounts on social media of being shot by Tory last July 2020. Megan alleges Tory shot her in both of her feet after leaving a party in the Hollywood Hills on the night of July 12th.

Tory has adamantly denied the accusations, especially on his 2020 album, DAYSTAR, and has since pleaded not guilty to one felony count each of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle. A judge in February barred him from speaking about the case until it’s been resolved.
