A young cancer survivor was crying tears of joy after Tom Brady handed him a Tampa Bay Buccaneers cap on Sunday night.

The Tampa Bay quarterback spotted the young football fan in the crowd during his Sunday night game against the Chicago Bears, and he was holding up a sign that read: ‘Tom Brady helped me beat brain cancer.’
