Expectant mom Summer Walker has taken some time to offer her followers some much-needed advice on how to address their mental health.

On Thursday, the R&B singer shared a short video of herself, and her growing baby bump, to inspire others that things get better with time.

“It’s really crazy tho. Two years ago I would of never thought I’d genuinely be this happy & at peace internally,” wrote Walker on Instagram. “If you struggle with depression, don’t give up it gets better, baby.”

In another post, the “Wasted” singer encouraged fans to invest in a spiritual life coach, as opposed to expensive “bags & chains.”

“It’s essential for healing that child hood trauma that WE ALL have (shadow work) & plays a major part in transitioning into a well rounded multifaceted evolved & mature adult,” Walker continued. “You’ll stop hurting yourself & others only opening soo many doors mentally spiritually physically & financially. & honestly lol to come healed is extremely attractive. I hope this encourages someone to start their spiritual/mental health journey.”

Walker is expecting her first child with her on-again-off-again boyfriend, producer London on da Track. As she awaits her child’s birth, Summer has been promoting her artist NO-1 NOAH and his new video for “Ridin’ for My Love.” NOAH is the first artist signed to Walker’s recently launched label, Ghetto Earth Records.
