Students Want Ed Reed Reinstated At Bethune-Cookman University

Back in December, Bethune Cookman University ( located in Daytona Beach)  agreed to hire Ed Reed as their head football coach.

Although a deal hadn’t been made, an announcement was, and Reed took over at the school.

About two weeks ago, he posted a profane video bashing the school’s conditions and facilities, which made officials at the College, take the offer off the table for the former NFL star.

After students received the news, yesterday they protested in the streets of the campus demanding Reed’s negotiations continue and that certain members of the board of trustees at Bethune Cookman, be fired.

Ed showed up on Roland Martin’s digital show to plead his case wanting another chance from the university.
