ATTENTION ALL PARENTS according to the notice posted by The US Product Safety Commission said it has received one reported incident in which a child, who wasn’t in the stroller, had their fingertip amputated. The $600 stroller has been sold at a number of retailers, including Amazon, BuyBuyBaby, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Pottery Barn Kids.

The problematic strollers have serial numbers that begin with “1401RDGUS” on the stroller’s right side above the rear wheel.
