FAIR EATS DRIVE-THRU

All required local, state and federal guidelines and best practices for operating safely in the new COVID-19 environment will be followed, including but not limited to:

Safety & Sanitization – Staff and Vendors:

• All food vendors must pass a Department of Health inspection prior to the event.
• Each food vendor must clean and sanitize their serving counters a minimum of every 30 minutes, and disinfect their equipment at the end of each day.
• Drivers must open their trunk or lower selected windows for food placement. Drivers and passengers are required to stay in their vehicles.
• All staff will wear face masks.
• All staff preparing and handling food, and those interacting with customers will wear disposable gloves.
• All staff must wash hands prior to starting work, frequently during shifts and in between tasks.
• All food will be handled with utensils to limit touch points.
• All packaging will be sanitized.
• All staff will take a health questionnaire prior to entering the workstations.
• All vehicles must exit the grounds after ordering and receiving food. Food may not be consumed while on grounds.

Safety Rules – Customers:

• Event entrance and exit are located at Gate 8, with menu offering and social distancing guidelines signs.
• All food will be packaged in “to go” containers.
• Access to tables or public restrooms are not available.
• Customers must stay in their vehicles.
• Walk-up orders are not accepted.
• NOTE: Palm Beach County Emergency Order 2020-012 has been issued requiring face covering in Palm Beach County. This order applies in all incorporated and unincorporated areas of Palm Beach County and is effective Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 12:01am.
