After one of the Memphis cops accused of beating Tyre Nichols to death shared pictures of his bloody body with others, now there are more officers that will face discipline in the case.

 

According to the New York Times,  during a Memphis city council meeting, city attorney Jennifer Sink said that an administrative investigation is still ongoing to determine if city policies were violated and what disciplinary action should be taken.

 

Earlier this week, it was announced that The Department of Justice is launching an investigation into the Memphis Police Department.

 

Tyre Nichols, was beaten to death by 5 Memphis police officers last month.
