Former Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III appeared in court Wednesday in Las Vegas on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol. A prosecutor said Ruggs was driving more than 150 mph before his car hit a vehicle, killing a woman. (Nov. 3)
