During a recent interview with the Associated Press, Rihanna said she has been working on “tons of writing camps.” But, it seems she’s been struggling to figure out what type of music to put out next after so long. She said she’s been asking herself a lot of questions about the music she wants to release into the world. She explained, “What do I feel personally? What do I want to put out, and as an artist, how do I want to play it with my art? How do I want to interpret that?” She added, “How do I want to reimagine it because it’s been so structured before.”

It’s been four years since Rihanna has dropped her last album, ANTI, and although there is still no date for Rihanna’s new music, we will all be tuned in.
