Tory Lanez was reportedly arrested for weapons charges after cops allegedly found a gun in his car in Hollywood Hills on Sunday, and Megan Thee Stallion was there, too.

According to TMZ, local authorities responded to a call about an altercation outside a Hollywood Hills home early Sunday morning, where witnesses said people were arguing in an SUV before shots were fired in the air, and the vehicle took off.

After receiving a vehicle description, police were able to locate the vehicle, occupied by Tory, Megan and another woman. Megan received a cut on her foot from broken window glass on the floor of the car, prompting the police to search the vehicle, whereupon they found a gun.

Tory was arrested and charged with a felony for having a concealed weapon in a vehicle. Megan Thee Stallion was listed as a “victim” and was treated at a local hospital for her injuries.

TMZ also reported four shell casings were recovered from the scene outside the home, according to law enforcement sources.

Hours before the arrest, Megan and Tory were hanging out by the pool with Kylie Jenner-Kardashian on Instagram Live, leading some fans on social media to call the gun incident part of the “Kardashian curse.” The idea is that anyone who hangs with the Kardashian-Jenner family, whether romantically or not, is essentially headed for trouble and drama — see Tyga, Lamar Odom, etc. 

One fan wrote, “Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion need to stop hanging out with Kylie Jenner. That Kardashian curse is real.”
