La La Anthony filed for divorce from Carmelo Anthony on Thursday, citing irreconcilable differences, according to TMZ.

The reported split would officially put an end to the 41-year-old TV personality and the 37-year-old NBA star’s rocky 11-year marriage.

Insiders tell the gossip website the former couple “have been separated for awhile, but remain friends, as always, after 16 years together, and everything about the divorce is amicable.”

Sources add that La La and Melo “wanted to take time to ensure a private and smooth transition in their relationship for their 14-year-old son, Kiyan — who’s always their top priority — and they remain fully aligned as parenting partners.”

The sources say that the split is completely amicable.

The exes parted ways back in 2017 after seven years of marriage amid rumors Anthony was unfaithful, but the two seemed to have worked things out the following year, according to TMZ.

In 2019, however, La La reportedly called their marriage “strained” amid more cheating speculation, but the couple quarantined together in 2020.
