Shaq’s Orlando-area mansion is now more affordable.
The asking price for his spacious 31,000 square foot home is now $16.5 million, down from the $19.5 million price tag in September, and bus change from the initial asking price of $28 million.
The humble abode has 12 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms and four half bathrooms.
The garage has enough space for 17 cars. There’s also an indoor basketball court, of course.
And the swimming pool is 95 feet long, and 15 feet deep.
It sits on nearly four acres of land along Lake Butler in the Isleworth Golf & Country Club, a gated community.
Shaq bought the home in 1993 for $4 million, according to Variety.
The Atlas Team under Compass Florida created artist renderings to demonstrate how a homeowner can turn Shaq’s former living space into something of their own.
The Isleworth community itself is surrounded by a 10-foot privacy wall and features an 18-hole championship golf course and 89,000 square-foot clubhouse.
