Former U.S. President Barack Obama took the stage in Florida on Saturday where he endorsed Joe Biden and Kamala Harris while taking aim at President Trump, saying “inventing conspiracies don’t make people’s lives better.” “Joe Biden has concrete plans and policies that are going to turn our vision of a better, stronger, fairer country into reality,” Obama said. Speaking about Trump, Obama said “he hasn’t shown any interest in doing the work or helping anybody except himself and his friends or treating the presidency like a reality show to give himself more attention.” With 10 days to go in the campaign, about 53.5 million Americans already have cast early ballots for the Nov. 3 election, a pace that could lead to the highest voter turnout in more than a century, according to data from the U.S. Elections Project.
