A new study from the American Medical Association shows the need for more black physicians in the united states.

The study suggests that African American people that reside in counties with more Black primary care doctors tend to have a higher life expectancy.

Despite the new data, the report says researchers didn’t provide a cause-and-effect relationship or shed light on exactly why.
