New Music Friday: 2 Chainz, John Legend, Yo Gotti and the late Juice WRLD

2 Chainz released his seventh studio album, DOPE DON’T SELL ITSELF, on Friday, featuring Moneybagg Yo, Lil Baby, Roddy Ricch, 42 Dugg, NBA YoungBoy, Lil Durk, Swae LeeJacquees and more. The Grammy winner also dropped his new video for “Neighbors Know My Name.”

John Legend has released a new song, “Tomorrow” featuring Nas, which accompanies an NFT collection by Florian Picasso, the great grandson of the iconic painter Pablo Picasso. The collection can be viewed at Florian’s website

On Wednesday, the EGOT winner launched his own NFT platform, titled OurSong

“NFTs hold so much promise in ushering in the next generation of singers, songwriters, photographers, artists, and more,” Legend says in a statement. “I helped found OurSong because I believe NFTs can change the way creators are discovered, improve how they serve their biggest fans, and reshape the industry as a whole. That starts with building a platform that serves all creators, whether they have one hundred fans or one hundred thousand.”

Yo Gotti has dropped his 11th studio album, CM10: Free Game, which is a double-disc project featuring Kodak Black, Moneybagg Yo, Blac Youngsta, 42 Dugg and EST Gee.

“Dis Project my Gift to da Culture .. My Gift Back to da streets.. To Everyone who EVER supported Me or any Artist from CMG- AGAIN I’m forever Grateful,” the Memphis MC commented on Instagram. “I wanted to do something different 2 Albums the same day BOTH OUT RITE NOW !!!!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️ CM10 ‘Free Game’ ( Side A) & CM10 ( Free Game Side B ) 2 TOTALLY DIFFERENT VIBES BUT BOTH FOR THE STREETS.”

Finally, two new tracks from the archives of the late Juice WRLD were released today with music videos, “Cigarettes” and “Go Hard 2.0.” They follow the rapper’s fourth studio album, Fighting Demons, which dropped in December.
