During an interview with Us Weekly, Nelly revealed that he has lost about 10-11 pounds since joining DWTS. According to Nelly, his workouts include home sit-ups and push-ups since he doesn’t have access to the gym in Los Angeles. He also said all of the choreography and lifting of his dance partner, Daniella Karagach, during rehearsals and the show helped with his weight loss. He said, “You’re twisting and you’re turning and you’re hurting in new places that you never thought but it’s cool. It’s a lot of cardio!”
