Most U.S. Adults Want To Ban Tobacco Products

According to a new CDC survey, most adults support the ban on all tobacco products.

Cigarette smoking remains the leading cause of preventable disease in the US where nearly 31 million Americans smoke.

 

While the FDA is considering banning flavored cigars and menthol cigarettes, experts continue to warn that menthol enhances the effect of nicotine in the brain and makes smoking easier to start and harder to quit.
