According to People, a woman is seeking 5M in damages from famed boxer Mike Tyson.
The anonymous woman is accusing the former heavyweight champ of raping her over 30 years ago.
She says she met Tyson at a nightclub in New York and he raped her in the back of a limousine.
She also says she has suffered from physical psychological and emotional injury following the incident.
Tyson served a 3-year sentence after being found guilty of raping Desiree Washington back in 1992.
