Meek Mill is bringing back his Flamerz mixtape series. After teasing its return last month, the rapper confirmed the news with the announcement of its release date. The fifth installment, Flamerz 5, is set to drop this month.
“FLAMERZ 5 ‘for promotional use only’ NOV. 21st [five flame emojis] for free for the streets,” Meek posted Wednesday alongside a short visual for his freestyle to DJ Khaled‘s “God Did.”
The original Flamerz dropped in 2008, helping Meek attain local fame in his hometown of Philadelphia. Subsequent iterations featured the likes of Peedi Crack, Ar-Ab, Young Dro, DJ Drama, Black Thought, Freeway, Young Chris, Gillie Da Kid and more.
