Master P’s Son Earns $2.5 Million Endorsement Deal To Play HBCU Basketball

Master P and his son, Hercy Miller, reveal that Hercy Miller will travel to Nashville to attend Tennessee State University. While there, he will play Division I basketball for the historically Black university. When he steps on the court, he may do so as the highest-paid athlete in college sports. His father, Percy Miller, has recently announced that he has landed him a $2.5 million endorsement deal.

In years past, Miller would not be able to accept a $2.5 million endorsement deal. However, the NCAA recently ruled that college athletes could accept revenue for their name, image or likeness. These rules are set to go into effect this August when Miller steps foot on campus for his freshman year.

Hercy Miller is a three-star basketball recruit who was ranked as the fifth-best shooting guard in the state of Minnesota. After receiving offers from LSU, USC and UCLA, Miller choose to attend Tennessee State University.
