Live Nation and the livestreaming platform Veeps have announced a lineup of new concerts featuring performances from Young Thug, Lucky Daye and more.
Both companies have begun equipping 60+ venues and clubs across the U.S. with livestreaming capability to host concerts between May and July. Artists will offer fans virtual access to sold-out shows and other content from participating artists, which also include rappers Young M.A and Freddie Gibbs.
“The companies selected venues that are already regular tour stops, giving artists lots of flexibility to chose when and where they want to add the element of streaming to a show,” according to a press release.
Participating venues include the Fillmore in San Francisco and Philadelphia, the House of Blues in Chicago and New Orleans, the Shoreline Amphitheater in California, the Gorge Amphitheater in Washington and the Wiltern in Los Angeles.
Country-rapper Breland will be the first performer to introduce a series of livestreamed shows, titled From the Wiltern, starting May 7th. Tickets are on sale for $15 at TheWilternSeries.com.
