Lil Tjay was released on $30,000 bail following Monday’s arrest in the Bronx, where he and Ice Spicewere supposed to shoot a music video, New York Daily News reports. The rapper and four others had been taken into custody after several loaded guns were discovered in the Cadillac they were in.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Bronx Criminal Court, the cops had pulled over the vehicle because it was idling in a no-standing zone. All four suspects, none of whom had pistol permits, were charged, including Tjay. He was held at Rikers Island in lieu of $30,000 cash bail and $90,000 bond, according to Daily News. He posted the bail Wednesday, and faces charges of felony weapon possession and criminal possession of ammunition.
