“Lamar Jackson” Positive COVID-19.

Lamar Jackson has tested positive for COVID-19, multiple news outlets are reporting.

The former Boynton Beach High School star is the reigning NFL Most Valuable Player for his record breaking season for the Baltimore Ravens in 2019.

Jackson is the latest member of the Ravens to test positive for COVID-19, an outbreak that postponed Thursday night’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The game is currently still scheduled for Sunday at 1 p.m.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that four more Ravens players and one staff member tested positive for coronavirus, with further test results expected on Friday.

Jackson will officially go on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Friday. This marks the fifth straight day that Baltimore has had positive tests.
