Lakeith Stanfield is reassuring fans that he’s “good,” following some alarming photos and cryptic videos on his Instagram account.

On the Tuesday, the Get Out actor released a short statement on IG, responding to fans who had apparently reached out about his now-deleted posts, which seemed to suggest he was thinking about “harming” himself.

“I’m ok everyone! I appreciate everyone checking in on me but I’m good,” he wrote. “Im not harming myself. Much love.”

He then added caption, “I’m ok everyone I apologize for making you worry.”

In one of the now-deleted posts, captured by RhymeswithSnitch, Stanfield is seen pouring alcohol into a medication bottle. He captions the video, “I like to be by myself because i can hurt myself and no one tells me to stop or fakes like they care.”

In another post he writes, “Reality is boring and moves too slow and no one is trustworthy.”

After fans and celebrity friends reacted to Stanfield’s disturbing comments, the actor’s publicists tweeted out a statement.

“Everyone! LaKeith is well. Thank you for the concern,” the statement read. “We have spoken to him. The love you all have is appreciated.”

Stanfield’s concerning behavior comes just days after the release of the first trailer for his highly anticipated film Judas And The Black Messiah.

The film follows the story of civil rights activist and Black Panther leader Fred Hampton and his fateful betrayal by FBI informant William O’Neal. Directed by Shaka King, it stars Daniel Kaluuya as Hampton and Stanfield as O’Neal.

A release date has yet to be announced.
