It looks like Kanye West is already has his sights set on his next big venture — Jesus Tok.
On Monday, the rapper and 2020 presidential hopeful took to Twitter to share that he was inspired by TikTok and wants to work with the company to make a Christian version of the wildly popular social media platform.
In a tweet he wrote, “A VISION JUST CAME TO ME… JESUS TOK.”
“I WAS WATCHING TIK TOK WITH MY DAUGHTER AND AS A CHRISTIAN FATHER I WAS DISTURBED BY A LOT OF THE CONTENT BUT I COMPLETELY LOVED THE TECHNOLOGY,” he explained.
In another tweet, the Yeezy designer added, “WE PRAY WE CAN COLLABORATE WITH TIK TOK TO MAKE A CHRISTIAN MONITORED VERSION THAT FEELS SAFE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND THE WORLD IN JESUS NAME AMEN.”
At the moment, it seems like the idea of “Jesus Tok” is just that — an idea. Only time will tell whether or not West will actually be able to add app creator to his list of accomplishments.
