Judge Rules That Abortion Pill Will Remain Available

Yesterday a judge in a federal appeals court ruled that the abortion pill could remain available but with some limits.

 

However, judges have blocked the pill from being sent to patients through the mail and would give doctors permission to prescribe the pill for up to 10 weeks instead of up to 7 weeks.

Last year the supreme court voted to reverse Roe vs Wade declaring the constitutional right to abortion no longer exists.
