Eight-time Stellar Gospel Music Award winner Jonathan McReynolds hopes to double his prize collection, now that he’s received eight nominations for the 2021 Stellar Awards.
The singer from Chicago is up for Artist of the Year, Album of the Year for People, Song of the Year for “Movin’ On” featuring Mali Music, Producer of the Year, and more.

Kierra Sheard, Anthony Brown & Group Therapy, Maverick City Music and Pastor Mike, Jr. followed McReynolds, with seven nominations each.
The Clark Sisters will be honored with the James Cleveland Lifetime Achievement Award, Lady Tramaine Hawkins will receive the Aretha Franklin Icon Award, and Pastor Shirley Caesar will be the recipient of the Ambassador Dr. Bobby Jones Legends Award.
The 36th annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards will be taped July 10 in Nashville, TN, and will air in national syndication from July 30 through September 5.
