Jay-Z‘s put a twist on the 2009 track “Empire State of Mind,” replacing Alicia Keys‘ chorus with a snippet from Gil Scott Heron‘s “New York is Killing Me.”

Titled “New York (Concept de Paris),” the release comes after his performance of the song at the Fondation Louis Vuitton in support of the Basquiat x Warhol. Painting Four Hands exhibition. He also took the stage with live renditions of “Can’t Knock the Hustle,” “Never Change,” “Heart of the City (Ain’t No Love),” “Excuse Me Miss,” “Can I Live” and “U Don’t Know.”

“New York (Concept de Paris)” is now available on DSPs.
