According to what a source told People, DeOndra passed away on October 19. On Monday (October 26) Jamie Foxx shared a Instagram post remembering his sister:

Dixon who lived with Down syndrome, was a regular competitor in the Special Olympics since the sixth grade. She also made an appearance as a dance star in Jamie Foxx’s “Blame It” music video as well as his Grammys performance in 2010. In 2011, she was named an Ambassador for the Global Down Syndrome Foundation. RIP DeOndra.
