When some girls look at dancers on the pole they immediately think it’s easy to do! It is not and I am saying this from experience. I learned how to pole dance for exercise. It was brutally hard as if you was working out at the gym. You need upper strength to hold your body weight. You will use muscles you never even knew you had and you will definitely get bruised.
