According to the Orlando Sentinel, an African American history teacher training event has been postponed here in Florida.

This reportedly has caused anxiety among long-standing members of  The African American History task force, in teaching the course.

Reportedly, six task force members voted to cancel and reschedule the event which is attended by more than 300 teachers,  because of HB 551.

The bill requires school districts to ensure the appropriate lessons are taught.

In my opinion “they” are going to do their best to keep youth from learning about Black History and its shameful.
