
Florida reported 1,758 new cases of coronavirus on Monday, the sixth consecutive day with more than one-thousand new cases.
Over the last two weeks, Florida’s averaged 1,464 new cases a day since June 2, with a record high of 2,581 new cases on Saturday.
The state also reported seven new deaths from the virus.
Palm Beach County reported three of those deaths, upping the county death toll to 429. These figures go along with an additional 182 cases of coronavirus, for a county total of 9,015.
Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee Counties all added new cases of coronavirus. Indian River County added one death, to bring the county death toll to 12.
