Police are reviewing video of a controversial arrest during a protest in central Florida.
A deputy with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office is caught on camera smashing a woman’s car window on Wednesday.
It happened during a George Floyd protest.
The sheriff’s office said deputies asked the woman to get out of her car but she refused. She was parked in a traffic lane with her hazard lights flashing.
Investigators said the deputy reached through the open window to unlock the door, but she raised the window. That’s when the deputy broke it with his baton.
Deputies took the woman into custody and escorted her to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
