WEST PALM BEACH, U.S.A. November 2, 2022: West Palm Beach residents are invited to partake in the upcoming “Jumbo Turkey Giveaway”, providing free turkeys to local families for the Thanksgiving Holidays. The organizers will also be providing additional food items for families to complete a Thanksgiving meal.

Spearheaded by Executive Trainer Christopher Clarke, the event will be held between 10:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. on Saturday November 19 at the historic Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church at 801 8th St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.

The Tabernacle Church is located at the heart of a predominately low income African- American community in one of the residential areas that have been hardest affected by the challenging economic climate. States the Event Organizer, Mr. Clarke; “The Tabernacle Church provides an ideal setting, because it represents an important symbol of faith and hope for many local residents and plays a key part in bringing the community together.”

Explains Mr. Clarke; “This year, we are providing Jumbo Thanksgiving Turkeys to emphasize the importance of giving back to the community.”

The West Palm Beach Police Fund, the main sponsor of the event, has so far pledged close to 1,000 Thanksgiving Turkeys to the outreach initiative which aims to help those in need and strengthen community ties. Comments Clarke; “I am delighted to be collaborating with the West Palm Beach Police Department in this important endeavor.”

States Deputy Police Chief Rick Morris, who is widely recognized for his long-standing commitment to the city of West Palm Beach; “The West Palm Beach Police Department is honored to have a role in this unique community partnership to give back to our neighbors so they may have a brighter Thanksgiving. For us to be successful in making West Palm Beach an even greater city, it is important for the community to know that the Police Department is there for them through the many humanitarian efforts we proudly participate in.”
