Dwyane Wade puts on a show in final game in Miami

In Dwyane Wade’s last game in Miami he scores 30 points in the Heat’s 122-99 victory vs. the Philadelphia 76ers. Wade puts on a show in the 4th quarter as he knocks down four 4-pointers in the quarter. Wade comes off the floor to a standing ovation and after the game he swaps jerseys with Jimmy Butler, his son Zaire Wade and his Heat teammates. Wade caps off the night by standing on top of the scores table in signature fashion, after falling off the scores table on his first attempt.
