The three men convicted of killing Ahamd Arbury are going back to court.

According to CNN, their attorneys filed appeals earlier this month, one of the lawyers said the evidence
against his client does not present a man who saw the world through a prism of racism.

Back in February of 2020, Gregory and Travis McMichael and their neighbor William Bryan chased down Arbery in a pickup truck shooting him at close range, alleging he was a burglar.

Both Gregory and Travis McMichael were sentenced to life in jail while Bryan was sentenced to 35 years in prison last year.
