Knowledgeable, courteous staff will assist you with finding your perfect tree.
Fraser Firs are the Cadillac of Christmas trees because of their
hardiness, their long needle retention and durability.
North Carolina produces the majority of Fraser fir Christmas trees. It requires from 7 to 10 years in the field to produce a 6-7 feet tree.
Everything on our farm is “hands on” no machines, over 100 pairs of hands will care for a 6 foot Christmas tree over its life time before harvest.
Fraser fir has a somewhat restricted range. It grows naturally only at elevations above 4,500 feet in the Southern Appalachian Mountains from southwest Virginia, through western North Carolina
if you treat your tree as a cut flower and display it in a water stand, it will last for several weeks in your home. It’s a total myth that sugar will help your tree last longer, all Sugar will do is attract ants.
Fraser firs are famous for their two tone needles. Each needle has a dark green top with a silver underside.
