The White House fast-food spread served for the college football champion Clemson Tigers on Monday has been met with mockery all over the internet. But it seems the players will get a higher end meal. Perhaps even several.
Chefs, rappers, athletes, and celebrities have all reached out with offers to buy the team dinner. Michael Strahan kicked things off with an invite for lobster.
Quavo, from the hip-hop trio Migos, reached out on Twitter saying that the Tigers can visit his record company’s headquarters “anytime” to show them “how champs are supposed to be treated.”
Celebrity chef Ayesha Curry, who is also Golden State Warriors’ champ Steph Curry’s wife, said she’d “gladly feed” the team “A real feast and celebration” at her International Smoke BBQ joint.
If you could choose the meal at an honoring event, what would you serve?
