The rollercoaster of Cardi B and Offset‘s tumultuous relationship continues with the two apparently reconciling a month after the “WAP” rapper filed for divorce.

Now, Cardi is clarifying where she and her soon-to-be ex-husband stand on a personal and romantic level.  She also admitted via Instagram Live on Thursday that she’s exhausted by their constantly fluctuating status, adding that she’ll be in love him one day and hate him the next.

Even though their marriage is strained by constant arguing, it all boils down to their friendship.

“It’s hard not to talk to your best friend, you know,” the Grammy winner noted. “It’s really hard not to talk to your best friend.”

The rapper also admitted that she missed the physical aspect of their relationship, but phrased that portion of her announcement less delicately.  That reasoning also contributed to her decision to kiss the Migos rapper during her weekend birthday bash in Las Vegas.

“People been saying that I took him back like I’m materialistic. I do like material things, I like material things and everything,” she noted, adding that she didn’t want to “snub him” after he gifted her a $300,000 Rolls-Royce SUV.

In all, Cardi admits that she married Offset “too young,” but remarked that their relationship is no more “dysfunctional” than anyone else’s.

She added that because her relationship is put under a microscope, their issues are made public so it magnifies their problems.

That said, the 28-year-old appears to still be going through with the divorce, according to court documents obtained by Billboard.  Their first hearing is currently set for November 4.

Cardi filed for divorce on September 15.
