The FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches put the brakes on COVID-19 appointments due to the high demand for tests on Thursday.

The ballpark test site will be open tomorrow for testing the appointments that are already scheduled. A spokesman for the county believes the testing hotline will reopen for appointments on Friday.

There’s no age requirement, and people do not have to show coronavirus symptoms. The testing hotline to call for an appointment is 561-642-1000. Workers completed 284 tests on Wednesday.
