Another City Looking To Give Reparations To African Americans

Earlier this week, the board of supervisors in San Francisco was looking to recommend eliminating tax issues and personal debt by issuing 5 million dollars in reparations to African Americans.

 

 

Now the city of St. Louis has appointed a nine-member reparations committee looking to do the same thing.

 

 

The Mayor of St. Louis Tishaura Jones told St. Louis Today, “The volunteer commission will analyze the history of race-based harms in the city and reveal the modern manifestations of injustice.
