Ahmaud Arbery Killers Plead Not Guilty The three white men accused of killing Ahmaud Aubery had their day in court on Friday. Gregory McMichael and his son Travis, along with William “Roddie” Bryan entered pleas of not guilty to nine counts of malice and felony murder, plus aggravated assault, false imprisonment and criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment. The McMichaels confronted Arbery as he jogged through his neighborhood, claiming that he was an alleged burglar. Bryan filmed the encounter with his cell phone.
